Within the framework of the scientific and technological cooperation project under the protocol "Vietnamese Community in the Russian Federation and the CIS 1991 - 2018" chaired by the Institute of European Studies and the Russian Institute of Socio-Politics is the implementation coordination, on the morning of August 25, 2022, at the headquarters at 176 Thai Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi, the Institute of European Studies (Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences) held a workshop science "Solutions to promote the role of the Vietnamese Community in the Russian Federation and CIS in the new context".

On the occasion of the 30th Anniversary of Vietnam-Korea relations, on August 3rd, 2022, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) in collaboration with the Korea National Academy of Diplomacy (KNDA) organized a Strategic Dialogue in 2022 with the theme "Celebrating the 30th anniversary of Vietnam-Korea relations and the steps towards comprehensive strategic cooperation".

On June 13, 2022, at the headquarters at No. 1 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) in collaboration with the Korea Foundation for International Exchange (KF) organized the 5th Vietnam - Korea Forum for the Future with the theme "30 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Korea: Towards elevating the comprehensive strategic partnership".
