To team up with President of LASS, there were Mrs. Phonethip Sychaleun - Deputy Chief of Office, LASS Academic Council, Dr. Sthabandith Insisienmay and Mr. Vanthana Nolintha of Ministry of Planning and Investment of Laos; Dr.Phanhpakit Onphanhdala and Dr. Alay Phonvisay of National University of Laos; Mr. Daosavanh Kheuamyxay of National Academy of Politics and Public Administration of Laos.
About VASS, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi An – Director of Scientific Management Department; M.A. Nguyen Thanh Ha – Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department; M.A. Nguyen Thuy Lan – Deputy Director of Planning and Finance Department.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Thongsalith Mangnomekagreed on the focused cooperative works between two countries in 2014 and exchanged opinions on a number of national scientific topics which LASS is assigned to carry out in 2014 and 2015.
