Mr. Kakioka Naoki – Vice Chief Representative of JICA and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha – Director of International Cooperation Department also joined in the meeting,
At the meeting, Associate Prof. Dr. Pham Van Duc has highly evaluated the effective cooperation between JICA and VASS, as well as contribution of Mr. Okiura Fumihiko, for the development of the bilateral relationship. Associate Prof. Dr. Pham Van Duc expects the further support of Mr. Okiura Fumihilo and Mr. Kakioka Naoki – the new vice chief in order to improve the quality of collaboration between JICA and VASS.
Mr. Okiura Fumihiko delivered a warm thanks to VASS for supporting JICA to effectively implement various projects, especially agricultural fields. He hopes the collaboration of two sides will obtain more achievement in the future.
On this occasion, on behalf of VASS, Mr. Pham Van Duc – Vice President of VASS has had flowers and gifts for Mr. Okiura Fumihiko as the appreciation to his effort and contribution of the cooperation development between two units./.
