On the morning of November 3rd, 2021, at the headquarters No.1 Lieu Giai st., Ba Dinh Dist., Hanoi, the Vietnam Institute of American Studies (VIAS) under Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) collaborated with 04 embassies of the countries of the Pacific Alliance (Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru) to organize an international scientific conference with the theme "Pacific Alliance: Cooperation and Development" to research and evaluate the cooperation and development of the “Alianza del Pacífico” (AP) in the past time; to seek development potential in the coming time as well as create a forum for businesses of Vietnam and AP countries.Thereby experiences were shared as well as opportunities for trade cooperation were sought.
