With the consent of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences will preside and coordinate with the Vietnam National University, Hanoi to organize The Fourth International Conference on Vietnamese Studies (ICVNS2012) with the theme “Vietnam on the Road to Integration and Sustainable Development” at the Vietnam National Convention Centre, Hanoi, Vietnam from 26 till 28 November, 2012.
After the First and the Second Announcement, on June 28th 2012, the Conference Organizing Committee held a meeting including the Steering Committee, the Organizing Committee, Secretariat and Academic Committee (the Chief and Assistant of each Panel). The participants discussed several issues about the organization work towards the success of the Conference. From the results of the meeting, The Conference Organizing Committee released the Third Announcement with the following contents:

Extension of time for receiving Registrations and Abstracts to be by July 31st 2012.

Extension of time for receiving Full paper to be by September 30th 2012.
-
Official invitation letters will be sent to participants from September 15th to October 15th 2012.
The Organizing Committee calls for positive participation from researchers, scholars and scientists all over the world who are interested in Vietnamese Studies, especially in the Theme “Vietnam on the Road to Integration and Sustainable Development”, by writing papers for and join the Conference.
