The book is the practical research result of the Ministerial-level theme “Job, income and working motivation of the young people in Vietnam at present”. This is a research work in the angle of psychological science on labour, job and income of the young people in Vietnam in the context of market economy development and international integration.
Book includes 3 chapters. Chapter I: Some theoretical and practical issues on job and income of the young people. The author summarized the situation of research on the young people, job and income of the young people, the issues of job, study, occupation, viewpoint of the Party and State and President Ho Chi Minh about the young people, job and labour as well as the basic concept of young people, analyze the impact of the socio-economic development context of Vietnam on job and income of young people.
Chapter II - Psychological aspects of job, income of the young people in Vietnam at present. The author analyzed the actual state of job and income situation of the young people in Vietnam in the past 10 years (2001-2010); learnt about the psychological aspects of job and income situation of the young people at present, in many aspects such as: working motivation, working demand, working style, adaptability to the job and the satisfaction of the young people with job and income.
Chapter III - Propose viewpoints and solutions to solve the problem of job and income of young people in decade 2011-2020. In this chapter, the author made predictions to psychological changes of the young people related to the job and income of the young people in the coming years from the theoretical and practical research result. At the same time, give viewpoints and solutions to solve the problem of job and income of the young people in Vietnam at present, in which mentioned to the evaluations of the implementation of job and income policies, difficulties in solving the job and income of the young people; viewpoints and solutions to this problem from the angle of view of researcher.
The book is a necessary reference for researchers and policymakers as well as managers and users of labour sources as young people at present.
