In response to the Assoc. Le Phuoc Minh, H.E. Mr. Nadav Eshcar stated that the seminar played a vital role in sharing information about activities, visions, and the humane leadership of late Israeli President Shimon Peres. The book was published just two weeks after his passing, at age 93. This is not an ordinary autobiography, nor a historical book, this is the way to the future for the younger generation. Through it, readers can have unique perspectives from the leadership mindset to the spirit of innovation, personal times as well as political conflicts which shaped the life of late Israeli President.

Through the introduction of Assoc. Dang Quoc Bao (Former Director of National Academy of Education Management) on the book “No room for small dreams”, delegates heard about the impressive times in life Shimon Peres to see a righteous man and a true inspiration to all people around the world, a person who placed stones to make the path to peace extend, according to the 41st President of the United States - George HW Bush. The more that I read and heard about Shimon, the more I saw his greatness; from a shepherd boy who became the ninth President of Israel. He was considered a legendary historical figure in management, an elite politician of humanity in the modern era. His motto was: “Leaders should always understand, persuade and accompany people on the basis of patience and humanistic ideology”. The book has proven that this is a textbook for every politician, everyone, especially the young generation in the world to know how to behave to be a person of integrity, dedication on the career path, artistic personality and heart to make opponents into partners, partners into allies, allies into comrades, comrades into soulmates/intimates.

Thereby, encouraging, motivating and propagating not only the young generation but also the delegates who are attending the seminar with intense inspiration about aspirations, passions, dedication to peace sustainability and longing for freedom, happiness and prosperity for everyone. Listening to the life history of H.E. Mr. Shimon Peres, the delegates remembered Ho Chi Minh - the great President of the Vietnamese nation for a peace - freedom and happiness for the Vietnamese people. Read the book "No room for small dreams" to remember the virtue of President Ho Chi Minh: “Everyone has good and evil in his heart. We must live in such a way that the good part blossoms like a flower in springtime and the evil part gradually disappears” (1969) – “Good and evil are not qualities inborn/More often than not from education they flow” (1943)…
