About VASS, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr Vo Dai Luoc; Dr. Dang Xuan Thanh – Director of Vietnam Institute of Chinese Studies; M.A. Nguyen Thanh Ha – Deputy Director of International Cooperation Department to take part in welcoming Japanese guests.
The President shortly introduced to the Minister about the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of VASS which is stipulated in theDecree 109/2012/NĐ-CPof the government, to emphasize on the position and role of VASS in building the developing orientation and strategies of the country under the globalization circumstances.
