Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the Presidential Palace of the Russian Federation presented the Cooperation Agreement document at the Presidential Palace (17/07/2024)

On the afternoon of June 20, 2024, at the Presidential Palace, Dr. Phan Chi Hieu, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) and PhD. Alexey Gennadievich Komissarov, Director of the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (Presidential Academy - RANEPA), exchanged cooperation agreement documents between the two agencies under the witness of President To Lam and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
