Opening the meeting, on behalf of VASS leadership, Dr. Dang Xuan Thanh warmly welcomed the delegation to visit and work at VASS; Briefly introduce the structure, tasks and main research functions of the Academy. As in charge of strategy and Party organization at VASS, Dr. Dang Xuan Thanh emphasized the characteristic of Party building work in Vietnam, which is the creative application of Marxism-Leninism into practice.
