The target of the conference is to evaluate the success, weakness and the experience lessons of the process of building real socialism and the models of socialism in the 21st century under the influence of the October Revolution. The conference makes a room for the predictions of the policy makers, theoretical researchers, domestic and international scholars on the construction of the World’s new order in term of post – capitalist civilization that gives priorities to democratic rights and individuals’ self-determination, aims to human liberation.
Based on international - related studies of the conference’s heading, Vietnamese think-tanks have chances to look up and take the lessons for Vietnam’s development process. Meanwhile, thanks to the Conference, Vietnamese and internationals experts, researchers can exchange ideas, share knowledge, experiences and studying methods to expand the wisdom of the related fields.

3. Doi Moi policy and the work of constructing socialism in Viet Nam
4. Belt and Road Initiative of China in the process of renovating socialism in China: opportunity, challenges and issues for Vietnam and the World
5. The models of socialism and the trend of renovating society for construction of real socialism in Laos, North Korea, Cuba, the Latin – American models of socialism (the 21st – century model) and the socialism of some other countries: success, experience and challenges.
6. Post – capitalist civilizations and the future of socialism in the 21st century
7. The influence of the 4th industrial revolution on the process of constructing post – capitalist civilizations and the development orientation of the 21st century model of socialism
8. The new order of the world and the geographical – political issues to the emergence of China and the turning-back of Russia in the globalization process
