The European House - Ambrosetti is a leading Italian management consulting firm, which was established in 1965. It has its headquarter in Milan and has a network of foreign offices in Europe and the world. This is an independent organisation working as a think-tank developing issues and proposals to support the debate on critical issues affecting the agenda of corporate leaders in Italy and Europe. For over 50 years, the European House - Ambrosetti has been working alongside Italian businesses and each each year provides consulting to about 1,000 clients, including 200 studies aimed at Italian and European institutions and companies and around 120 governance pacts for family-run businesses. In addition, it also engages 3,000 Italia and international experts in 500 events with the participation of more than 10,000 managers. In 2021, the European House - Ambrosetti was named - in the category Best Private Think Tanks - the no.1 think-tank in Italy and the no.4 in the European Union, for the 8-consecutive year. Furthermore, it was recognised by Top Employer Institute as one of the 112 Top Employers 2021 in Italy.
The objective of the Agreement between VASS and the European House - Ambrosetti is to encourage the cooperation between the Parties in arranging effective communications between expert communities and business and political circles in Vietnam and Italy, in promoting territorial development and investment attractiveness in Vietnam and Italy and in creating priority content of a strategic partnership between Vietnam and Italy. The key areas of cooperation will include:
- development of shared communications platforms at an international level in order to stimulate intergovernmental interactions in various spheres;
- efforts to strengthen existing and to seek out and develop new, long-term partnership links between representatives of the Parties’ business communities;
- facilitation of support for dialogue between the Parties on matters of cooperation in the economic sectors and export and import activity;
- promotion of themes connected with the events organised by the Parties aimed at strengthening communications between representatives of the Parties;
- promotion of territorial development and investment attractiveness in Vietnam and Italy;
- other emerging areas of collaboration in the cooperation between the Parties.
With this Memorandum of Understanding of cooperation agreement, VASS expects to engage closely to the business communities in Vietnam and Italy, contributing to enhance the economic relations between the two countries. Furthermore, with the function of providing consultancy, this is an opportunity for VASS to engage its researches with practical activities and to provide consultancies based on research results to business communities in both countries.
