The opening ceremony recognizes participation of: Dr. Mai Xuan Huy, Deputy Director of Institute of Linguistics; Mr. Chang Jae Yun, Chief Representative of KOICA to Vietnam; Mr. Choi Jeong Hoon, Ms. Suh Joo Ree, Ms. Choi Eung Yong, Managers of KOICA’s volunteers in Vietnam; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, Chief executive officer of Vietnam EZ education JSC., lecturers and nearly 20 learners of the course.
In the opening speech, Dr. Mai Xuan Huy warmly welcomed KOICA’s volunteers to come to Vietnam and participate in the course. He also hoped that with the lecturers’ and learners’ enthusiasm the course will be as successful as the two previous courses. Learners will have opportunity of study Vietnamese language and culture, implement well beautiful voluntary missions, and contribute to promotion of day by day closer peaceful relations between Vietnam and Korea therefrom.
In the next to Dr. Mai Xuan Huy’s speech, Mr. Chang Jae Yun, Chief representative of KOIKA to Vietnam expressed his gratitude to Centre of Language teaching and dissemination, Institute of linguistics; Development Research and Consultancy Centre, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and Vietnam EZ education JSC. for cooperation in running well No.3 Vietnamese language training programme. He also believed that the volunteers in the course will integrate quickly with Vietnamese culture and learn well Vietnamese language in order to implement successfully voluntary duties that are registered by the volunteers.
On behalf of Vietnam EZ education JSC., Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, Chief executive officer, expressed that with hopefully enthusiastic support of organizers, the course will be a good opportunity where the volunteers learn and exchange culture with Vietnamese people. The course is also a bridge and a channel of training, introduction and development of Vietnamese to international friends. On the occasion, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien also gave good wishes to the volunteers and hoped that they will have a effective time of study and work in Vietnam.
The ceremony took place in warm and happy atmosphere via songs and brief speeches, the volunteers and lecturers initially develop good passions, that promises to be a successful course in the near future./.
