In more than 60 years of development, VASS has made immense contributions to Vietnam’s future by training a large number of leading Vietnamese experts and researchers working in the social sciences and humanities. The Academy always encourages and facilitates well-known national and international scholars to engage in training and developing high-quality human resources for the social sciences and humanities. Many VASS researchers are key lecturers and supervisors of master’s and doctoral programs at VASS and many other training centers nation-wide.

With the consent of the President of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and the sponsorship of the Korea Foundation for Cultural Exchange (Korea Foundation), the Center for Research Exchange and Cooperation on Human Resources of Social Sciences, Vietnam - East. Asia (East Asia Center) in collaboration with the Korea Foundation Office in Hanoi organized a Korean country and people study program for high school teachers in Vietnam in Da Lat city from 23 - 25, October, 2020. Attending the program were more than 80 delegates who are educational administrators and teachers from the provinces of Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Dac Nong and Binh Thuan.
