On the morning of October 30, 2017, at the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS), Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Thuan - President of VASS welcomed Mr. Shin Kak-soo, Director of International Law Center of Korea Diplomatic Academy (KNDA), Former Korean Ambassador to Japan, Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Korea to visit and work at the Academy.

On behalf of Academic Leaders, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Thuan expressed his pleasure to welcome Mr. Shin Kak-soo to visit and work at VASS.
