The program to learn the country and people of Korea for high school teachers in Vietnam in 2020

With the consent of the President of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and the sponsorship of the Korea Foundation for Cultural Exchange (Korea Foundation), the Center for Research Exchange and Cooperation on Human Resources of Social Sciences, Vietnam - East. Asia (East Asia Center) in collaboration with the Korea Foundation Office in Hanoi organized a Korean country and people study program for high school teachers in Vietnam in Da Lat city from 23 - 25, October, 2020. Attending the program were more than 80 delegates who are educational administrators and teachers from the provinces of Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Dac Nong and Binh Thuan.

On August 6th 2015 at the head office No. 1B Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Centre of Language teaching and dissemination (Centre), Institute of Linguistics (Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences) cooperated with Vietnam EZ education JSC to hold the graduation ceremony of the 5th Vietnamese training course for those who are Korean volunteers from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).

As apart of a cooperative framework between Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) and Japan International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (JICA) for training, raising capacity of VASS’s officials and staff for project and program management, after two basic training programs on “Project and program management”, from 16th to 18th March 2015 at No. 1 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, VASS and JICA Vietnam co-organized the seminar to VASS’s researchers and divisional managers.

In the afternoon of November 5th 2014, at the head office No. 1B Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Centre of Language teaching and dissemination (Centre), Institute of Linguistics (Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences) cooperated with Vietnam EZ education JSC. in opening ceremony of Vietnamese training course to learners who are Korean volunteers from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). It is the third training course up to now.
Course – ending and certification award ceremony for “Training course on Human Rights”

On September 12th 2014, at the Conference Hall, Headquarter of Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS), No. 1A Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh, VASS hold the course – ending and certification award ceremony for those completed the “Training course on Human Rights” according to the collaboration framework of VASS and Denmark Government. 11 students and representatives from VASS’s member units and offices have participated in the ceremony.

The Graduate Academy of Social Sciences (GASS) (under Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences – VASS) held the ceremony of opening the second master’s course on 6 October 2013. The ceremony received Prof.Dr. Vo Khanh Vinh, Vice President of VASS cum Director of GASS; Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Thuan, Vice President of VASS; Dr. Tran Minh Tuan, Director of Organization and Personnel Department; Dr. Nguyen Khac Binh, Representative of the Ministry of Education and Training; Deputy Directors of GASS and leaders from research institutes of VASS, GASS staff and 494 new graduate students (in Hanoi).
